After almost four years off the bikes, we planned a "warm-up" ride from Parys to Paarl, South Africa, before embarking on our Cape Town (South Africa) to Casablanca (Morocco) ride.
Perhaps it is inevitable we did not reach Paarl, despite which we begin for Casablanca March 1 as planned.
